I practice soccer every day without exception, my cleats unfortunately don't dry out by the next day. My goalkeeper gloves, on the other hand, stay completely damp. The discomfort I feel from wearing damp gear is beyond words, and I can't even begin to describe the smell. This shoe dryer is a masterpiece for those who regularly play sports, incredibly useful. It's very easy to use; I simply press the buttons on the menu to set the duration and heat level, and that's it. The installation took just 5 minutes. I opened the package, removed the protective plastic bags, connected the two legs, and then attached them to the machine. That's all there is to it. It’s wall mounted and has the capacity for four pairs of shoes.

The Portable Shoe Dryer by Hedgehog, is very functional shoe or glove dryer with many good traits. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying.I. Quality – The overall quality of this dryer is pretty solid, but nothing exceptional, with mostly plastic construction, that has a slightly above average feel to it.II. Installation – The assemble and install is quick, easy and should only take about twenty minutes.III. Performance – The performance is very good by producing fast, adjustable heat that can effectively dry shoe’s and gloves fairly quickly and effectively. It allows up to four pairs of something and is set up for easy operation. I don’t see this as being a great travel option, but I can see how it could be. I like that you can block the air from the tubes not getting used to redirect it to the ones you are.Overall, this is a great way for me to get things dry with ease, so they’re ready for next time or just to heat them up for this time. I am a ski patroller at a local resort. I bought it for the patrollers at our base area. Everyone loves it and it’s small enough that it did not take up a lot of room. We will probably be ordering more

Works as it should. Drys shoes quickly. Only complaint is that it feels cheaply made.

I purchased the Hedgehog wall mount dryer for our kickboxing gear, mainly our boxing gloves. I have a cheapy single pair shoe/boot dryer that I thought would suffice, I was wrong. Even after 3 hours on the dryer the glove liners were still damp, it just doesn't push enough air out. I tried another brand dryer that could do two pair and it was okay, it still took about 5 hours to get the liners dry enough to spray disinfectant/deodorizer in the gloves, it also lacked in air output. I also wasn't a fan of not being able to control the heat output of the first two dryers I used, they pump out heat as soon as you turn it on, I'm also not a fan of the twist countdown timers and lastly I wanted something that could accommodate at least three pairs of gloves so I wouldn't have to waste so much time swapping gloves out. I came across the Hedgehog dryer and liked the wall mount option, there wasn't a lot of reviews on these dryers but what I did find all to be fairly positive. So, I figured I give one a shot, even though I wasn't excited about coughing up $165 for it. I am extremely pleased with the dryer so far, it has exactly what I was looking for as far as features and control options. It moves a lot of air for the size of the blower and dries are gloves completely in about an hour set at about 50% blower speed and 113F medium heat. It is nice that I can do all three pairs of gloves at the same time. I also like that there is a no heat option for this blower, which is nice when I spray the disinfectant/deodorizer into the gloves. I generally let the gloves air dry after spraying because heat can affect the effectiveness of certain disinfectants, but with this having a no heat option I am able to dry the gloves in about an hour, spray the inside of gloves and dry the disinfectant in about 30 minutes using the no heat setting. What was taking me about 6 hours or so to complete with three pairs of gloves, is not taking just over 1.5 hours. The time savings, less hassle and the overall performance of this blower makes it worth getting. I am a happy person with this product so far. Lets see how well it holds up and lasts. Lastly, it is also nice that the dryer is modular and you can purchase other accessories for it them to expand the number and type of items that you can dry at one time. Worth a look if you're looking for a pretty decent dryer.

We have used a boot dryer at my house for many years. The ones we had were unsightly, they only dried boots, and they only had one setting: on/off. With our new Hedgehog, we use many of the different settings and it is easy to figure out how to set it just by looking at it. The deodorizing setting is really nice! Just drying our things is a plus towards reducing odors, but the odor removal setting seems to be even better. I don’t know if this would work for very smelly feet because we don’t have that problem in our household.We love this dryer! Both my husband and my gloves and boots fit on it at the same time. This is used in our home all year round for things such as wet gloves from gardening, working with the chickens, or accidentally leaving them out in the rain. It is used for wet boots, from sweaty feet to stepping in mud puddles. We hung it up in our mud room and it has been a great addition! I would definitely recommend this to a friend.
